Join us for a deeply restorative outdoor sauna experience. Our wood-fired sauna and ice bath offer the perfect balance of heat and cold to reset your body and calm your mind.
Sessions run on the hour for 55 minutes, so we recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early so you’re not rushed and ready to begin on time. Each session starts and finishes promptly to keep things flowing smoothly for everyone.
Please bring two towels - one to sit on in the sauna and one to dry yourself with. Sitting on a towel helps keep the sauna clean and protects the wood.
We provide drinking water, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer. There is a changing facility on site at Kerrison Fitness, however space is limited, so it’s a good idea to arrive ready where possible.
