Family Community Sauna

Service Description

Bored of the usual half-term activities? Fancy trying something a bit different with the kids? Come along to Fire & Flow for a 1-hour family sauna session, with our wood-fired sauna and cold plunge! It's a chance to have a bit of fun, try something new together and spend some proper quality time as a family. Challenge yourselves with the cold plunge, warm up in the sauna and enjoy a few laughs along the way. It's not every day you get to experience a sauna and cold plunge as a family! A great way to bond, make memories and meet other local families too. There's an on-site farm shop where you can grab a coffee or treat the kids (or yourself!) to an ice cream. These sessions are exclusively for families, with each session lasting one hour. Community sauna session means you may be sharing the space with other families with children, if you would like the space to yourself please get in touch with us and we can book you a private sauna session.
